WELL KNOWN MAN CALLED BY DEATH.
JOHN MCINTOSH, SR., aged 78, well known resident of Hancock county, died at 11 o’clock yesterday morning at his home in New
Cumberland following an illness of pneumonia, according to word received here.
The deceased resided at Point Pleasant until three weeks ago, when he removed to with his family to New Cumberland. He was a veteran of the Civil War and was affiliated with the G. A. R. He was a member of the Point Plesant Presbyterian church.
Besides his widow deceased is survived by one son, John McIntosh; two sisters, Mrs. George Roach of New Cumberland and Mrs. Harry Bowles of Lisbon and two brothers, Daniel of Salineville and Robert McIntosh of Irondale.
Funeral services will be conducted at the late residence at 23 o’clock Sunday afternoon. Intemrent will be made in the New
Cumberland cemetery.
