MRS. HOMER ALLISON
Mrs. Ethel Allison, 71, of Shippingport, wife of Homer Allison, died Friday at 9:35 a.m. at the Aliquippa Hospital after an illness of several weeks.
Mrs. Allison was born in Lawrenceburg, Tenn., Sept. 13, 1891, and resided in the area for 45 years. At one time she taught school in the Shippingport area. She was a member of the Green Valley Methodist Church.
In addition to her husband, she leaves three daughters, Mrs. Ruth Marker, Mrs. Nancy Campbell and Mrs. Mary Drake, and two sons, Eugene Russell and Duane Allison, all of Shippingport, and 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Welch Funeral Home in Hookstown.
