LISBON – Everett L. “Pap” Buckley 94, died at 11:25 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2003, at Pleasant View Nursing Home following a brief illness.
He was born in East Liverpool, Aug. 13, 1909, a son of the lat Millard L. and Olive Ketchum Buckley.
He was a groundskeeper at the Columbiana County Fairgrounds.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn Geer Buckley.
He is survived by daughters Margaret E. Buckley of Chapel Hill, N.C., Mary Kay Buckley of Lafayette, Calif., and Janette Pettigrew of Lisbon; sons, Marvin R. Buckley of Chillicothe, Ohio, Edward E. Buckley, Charles M. Buckley and Kenneth A. Buckley of Lisbon; sister, Mildred Williams of Chester; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
No services are planned. Private burial at a later date in West Beaver U.P. Church Cemetery.
Visitation from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Huffman House, Elkton.
