Calcutta-Evelyn M. Duke, 55, of Grimms Bridge Road died in the early morning Friday, April 22, 1994, at home following a brief illness.
She was born in Wellsville, Sept. 12, 1938, a daughter of the late Joe and Gladys Beaver Hood.
She was Protestant by faith. She attended Wellsville Schools and was a member of the Women of the Moose Lodge 122, East Liverpool.
Survivors include her husband, Butch Duke, whom she married May 3, 1973; a son, Dan White of East Liverpool; a sister Gloria White of East Liverpool; and three grandchildren.
The Rev. James W. Dawes of the Chester First Christian Church will conduct services at 2 p.m. Monday at he Arner Funeral Chapel.
Friends may call one hour prior to service.
The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
