COLUMBIANA – Carole Blocksom goehring, 61, of state Route 517, died at 8 a.m. Friday, Aug. 24 2001, at her residence following an extended illness.
She was born in Lisbon May 28, 1940, a daughter of the late Edgar A. and Ruth Klein Wolfe.
She was a habilitation specialist with the Columbiana County Board of MRD and was a former member of the Trinity United Presbyterian Church of Lisbon.
She is survived by her husband, Phillip A. Goehring; two sons, Douglas A. Dowd of Lisbon and Martin J. Dowd of Lewisville Texas; a brother, Keith Wolfe of Dallas; and two granddaughters.
The Rev. John A. Gruneich, interim pastor of the new Lisbon Presbyterian Church, and Tim Figley will conduct services at 11 a.m. Monday at the Eells-Leggett Funeral Home. Burial will be in Lisbon Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday.
