Obituary – Howard Lichenberger

Howard Lichenberger, aged 58, died last evening (December 25, 1911) at Mingo Junction after a long illness from paralysis. He was formerly a resident of this city and was in the employ of the C. and P. Railroad company for many years, leaving Wellsville to become foreman of their shops at Mingo Junction.
He was the son of Mrs. Bernard Rand, of Seventh and Broadway, and had a large circle of friends in this city, and was popular among his fellow employes.
He is survived by a wife and two daughters. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock.
Lisbon, Dec. 26.-Word has been received here of the death of Howard Litchenberger, which occurred at his home in Bellaire, following a long illness. Deceased was born and raised in Wellsville, and was 58 years old. In early life he was united in marriage with Miss Amelia Baxter, who, with two daughters, survive.
