J. H. LUTTON, aged 63, well known resident of this vicinity, died a 8:30 o’clock yesterday morning at his home near Kendall, Pa., following a lingering illness of a complication of diseases.
The deceased has been a resident of Beaver county for the past 40 years, and has resided in his present home the past two years.
He was stricken last January and since that time has been very ill.
He was removed to the East Liverpool hospital last April and returned to his home in Kendall four months later. He was a member of the Mill Creek Presbyterian church.
Besides his widow deceased is survived by the following children: Mrs. A. T. Scott of Hookstown; Mrs. D. S. Craig, of Chester; K. R. Lutton, of Hookstown; Mrs. Leslie Peterson, of Steubenville. and Lester Lutton at home. One half-brother, Harry Lutton, and one half-sister, Mrs. Mary Pitcairn, both of Pittsburg, are also living.
Funeral services will be conducted at the late home in Kendall at 2 o’clock this afternoon, Rev. D. C. Schnebley, pastor of the Mill Creek Presbyterian church, officiating. Interment will be made in Mill Creek cemetery.
