Obituary – Jacob Nagle

Jacob Nagle died at 6:30 o’clock Saturday morning (June 10, 1911) at his home, Fifteenth and Main streets, form a complication of diseases. He is survived by his wife and an adopted daughter. Mr. Nagle had been confined to his bed since Easter Sunday. He was born in Germany, February 10, 1850, and resided in Wellsville for 23 years, during which time he was engaged in the grocery business. He was a good citizen and during his residence in Wellsville was an active worker in the cause of Christianity as a member of Zion English Lutheran church. The funeral services will be held at one o’clock this afternoon from the home, Rev. C. E. Read, pastor of Zion English Lutheran church, officiating. Interment will be made in Spring Hill cemetery.
