CLARENCE PRICE DIES IN FLORIDA WHILE ON VISIT

Clarence Price, aged 24, son of Mr. and Mrs. U. E. Price of Harker avenue, died at Bellvue, Fla., at 5 a. m. yesterday morning (February 25, 1912), after an extended illness. The young man was well and favorably known in this city, being the manager of the Quality Stamp company of this city.

Mr. Price had only been in Florida a short while, having been taken there the 15th of last month by his father, in the hope that the climate would benefit his condition. His father returned to this city and in the last two weeks the parents had hard nothing from him. A telegram was received last Friday which announced his serious illness and his father left at once for the south. He did not arrive there however, until a few hours after his son’s death.

He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. U. E. Price and by the following brothers and sisters, Lundy, Floyd and Hazel, all of this city.

The father will leave Florida with the body today for this city. Funeral services will be held for his late home here on the arrival. Definite funeral arrangements will be announced later.
