Obituary – John T. Prosser

John T. Prosser, aged 84, died yesterday morning (September 8, 1911), at the home of his daughter in Cleveland. His death was due to a general breakdown. The remains will be brought to Wellsville on the 9:40 o’clock train this morning and be taken direct to Spring Hill cemetery for burial. Haugh Bros. will be the undertakers in charge.
Mr. Prosser was for many years a prominent citizen of Wellsville, having served as a justice of the peace. The Prosser home is now occupied by Dr. Duncan. He removed to Cleveland 15 years ago. Three daughters survive, Mrs. O. H. Starett and Mrs. George Ohlinger of Columbus. Mrs. Thomas McIntosh of Riverside avenue, is a granddaughter of the deceased.
