NEW WATERFORD – Gary C. Quetot, 60, of Dogwood Circle, New Waterford, Ohio, passed away at 10:35 a.m. Saturday, May 18, 2013, at Hospice House, Poland, following a 10-month illness.
Born Nov. 12, 1952, in Beaver Falls, Pa., he was a son of the late Francis and Barbara E. Slagle Quetot.
He was a 1970 graduate of Beaver Local High School, and had owned and operated his own trucking company, until retiring last year. He was a U.S. Marine Corp veteran.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Deborah Evans, and a son, Gary Allen Quetot, in infancy.
Survivors include his second wife, the former Helen Yoho; two sons, Eric T. Quetot of New Waterford, and Matthew M. Quetot, Colorado Springs, Colo.; two brothers, Frank Quetot of Clarkson, and Arnie Quetot of Louisville, Ky.; and six grandchildren.
Visitation is 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at Oliver-Linsley Funeral Home, East Palestine. Burial will follow in Crest Haven Memorial Gardens, New Waterford.
