Obituary – Edward Riddle
East Liverpool Tribune
Word was received in Wellsville last night announcing the death of Edward Riddle at the home of his brother, Dr. Riddle in Burgettstown, Pa., yesterday morning (September 15, 1911) from blood poisoning. Mr. Riddle was a well known citizen of this city.
While employed in the Kelly Boiler works here several months ago a radiator fell upon his foot, causing an injury of a very serious character. He went to Burgettstown for treatment by his brothers, but did not improve, and finally blood poisoning became manifest.
The deceased is survived by his wife and a daughter, Mary. It is likely that the remains will be brought to this city for burial.
