Jessie Riggs
EAST LIVERPOOL – Mrs. Jessie M. Riggs, 89, passed away at her home on Calcutta Smith Ferry Road on Saturday evening, April 25, 2015.
She was born at home in Empire, Ohio, one of five children of the late Jessie and Iva Bunner Skinner, on Nov. 5, 1925.
A graduate of Toronto High School, she had worked at the former Sterling China.
Her husband, Elmer, preceded her in death.
Surviving her is a son, Terry L. Riggs, of East Liverpool.
Arrangements are being handled by the Dawson Funeral Home.
