John Thomas Rose
John Thomas Rose, a highly respected citizen of Columbiana county, passed away at the home of his son, William Rose, at 2 o’clock Saturday morning after an illness of several months of paralysis.
Deceased was born in Washington township about 65 years ago and all his life was spent in that vicinity until about one year ago, when he came to this city to make his home with his son William Rose and family. He is survived by two sons and three daughters. William Rose, Lisbon; Emerson Rose and Mrs. S McCord of Wayne township; Mrs. Reese Evans, Niles; and Mrs. O. J. Dennis, of Irondale; three brothers, Dr. David Rose, of Freedom, Pa.; Daniel Rose of Salineville and Hugh Rose of Salineville. Funeral services will be held from the Rose home Monday morning and the body will be taken to Highlandtown for burial.
