The body of the late John Trotter of Salem, arrived on the noon train today, and will be buried at Long’s Run Cemetery this afternoon. Mr. Trotter was 35 years of age and leaves a wife and three children. Typhoid fever was the malady which caused his death. He has been in business in Salem for several years. A large delegation of relatives and friends of the family from Calcutta escorted the remains from the depot.

Note: Robert Trotter was married to Caroline Irene Green, daughter of Charles M. and Anna (McGrew) Green.
