Following a brief illness, CARL USLER, aged 70 years, died at 6:45 o’clock Monday evening at his home on Vine street, death being dure to the infirmities of age.
Deceased was born in Linden Hanover, Germany, on August 18, 1848. He spent about forty years in this country.
Besides his wife the deceased is survived by three sons: Charles of Hollywood, Cal.; Frank and Leonard at home, and four daughters, Mrs. Clara Sassott of Karns City, Pa.; Mrs. Louise Dailey, Mrs. George McNicol and Mrs. Hugo Miller of this city.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 1 o’clock from the late home on Vine street, Rev. J. G. Reinartz, pastor of St. John’s Lutheran church, officiating. Interment will be made in Riverview cemetery.
