VANCE, Eileen Virginia Taylor, 59, of Follansbee, WV, passed away Aug. 16, 2012, at Trinity West Hospital, Steubenville, OH.
She was born Sept. 23, 1952, in Wheeling, WV.
Visitation will be held Monday, Aug. 20, 2012, from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 5 p.m. at Reasner Funeral Home, 1515 Charles St., Wellsburg, WV, with Bishop Albert Mitchem.
