VANPELT, Lorraine M. (Rogers), 96 of Wheeling, W.Va., formerly of Wellsburg, W.Va., joined her heavenly family on Sunday, May 26, 2013, just three days short of her 97th birthday at Bishop Joseph Hodges Continuous Care Center, Wheeling, W.Va.
