WARGO, STEVE, 84, of RD 1 Colliers, WV, died Wednesdayu, July 11, 2001 in the Brightwood Center, Follansbee, WV. He was born November 25, 1916, in Eldersville, PA, a son of the late John and Sophia Petrino Wargo. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Ida Mae Wargo on June 5, 2000; six brothers, John, Mike, George, Infant brother Adam, Paul and Andy Wargo; and three sisters, Spphia Andrews; Mary Ihnat and Catherine Daugherty. He was a retired welder with the former National Steel (now Weirton Steel Corporation); was a member of the Colliers Methodist Church, Colliers; and a member of the Goodwill Grange, Colliers, WV. Surviving are a daughter, Deanne Lucci of Belle Vernon, PA; a son Daniel Wargo of Antioch, CA; two sisters, Helen Dreyer of Eldersville, PA, and Betty Pratt of New Cumberland, WV; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Arrangements made by James Funeral Home, Main St., Follansbee, WV. Interment will follow in Highland Hills Memorial Gardens, Follansbee, WV.
