William Blandon Williams, 47, of the Wellsville-Lisbon Rd., died Monday morning in the Cleveland Clinic, following a 12-day illness.
Williams was born in Jersey Shore, Pa., and was employed as a truck driver for the Weir-Cove Trucking Co. of Weirton. He attended Lee’s A. M. E. Chapel in Wellsville.
He leaves his widow, Mrs. Majaella Jackson Williams; his mother, Mrs. Irene Williams of Altoona; two steps-sons (sic), Nevin Williams and Robert Williams, and a step-daughter, Mrs. Eileen Charles, all of Columbus.
The body was taken to the MacLean Funeral Home for rites Thursday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. John E. Andrews. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
