Services are to be held Tuesday for William M. Winters, 80, of 16370 Swickhard Dr., Glenmoor, who died Saturday at 1:10 p.m. at home following an illness of several months.

Mr. Winters, was born in East Liverpool February 27, 1901, and had resided on the Winters farm in Hookstown from 1933 until he returned here in 1980.

He was the son of Morgan H. Winters and Minnie L. Boyd Winters.

Mr. Winters retired from Koppers Co. in Monaca, Pa., after having worked 32 years at the Homer Laughlin China Co. in Newell.

Besides his wife, Mrs. Beulah M. Beavers Winters, whom he married June 30, 1924, survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Dean (Roberta) Baker of San Diego, Calif., and Mrs. Wallace (Rosetta) McConnachie of the Y & O Rd.; a son, William L. Winters of Irving, Texas; five sisters, Miss Mildred Winters of East Liverpool, Mrs. Elmer (Anna) Shepherd of New Cumberland, W. Va., Mrs. Myrna Randal of Los Angeles, Calif., Mrs. Nellie Barton of Beaver Falls, Pa., and Mrs. Virginia Riddle of Industry; a brother, James Winters of Monaca; 10 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

The rites are to be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Dawson Funeral Home by Dr. H. Gene Toot of the Trinity United Presbyterian Church.

Burial is to be in Mill Creek Hill Cemetery, Hookstown.

Friends may call at the funeral home today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
