Obituary – Logan Zane

AT his home, 810 St. Clair avenue, Logan Zane, aged 41, died at 3:15 o’clock Saturday afternoon (November 4, 1911) of a complication of diseases. He was well respected by all who knew him, and, although not a member, he always attended church at the Methodist Protestant on Fifth street.
Deceased is survived by a wife and one child, John, aged 10 years, his mother, Mrs. E. A. Zane, three sisters, Mrs. Lida Smith, Mrs. Thomas Davis and Miss Margaret, all of this city.
He was a member of the Odd Fellows, Red Men and the Sons of Veterans. The three lodges will have charge of the funeral, which will be on Tuesday afternoon at 2:20 from the home, Rev. J. Dimit officiating. Interment will be in Riverview cemetery.
