SUBURBAN NEWS-EAST END
-Died at Mercer.
Patrick Kane died Monday evening at his home in Mercer, Pa. He is a brother of George Harris, of Pennsylvania avenue and cousin of Patrick McCloskey, the letter carrier. Funeral will be held tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock.
-Moved from Cumberland.
L. J. Gildersleeve, of New Cumberland, has moved to the East End and started in business on Mulberry street. He is an optician.
-A New Residence.
Mr. Schrader is having a new residence erected on Pennsylvania avenue. Schepp Bros. have the contract.
-Started Yesterday.
Laughlin No. 3 and Klondyke potteries started to work again yesterday.
