MIDLAND – Donald Ciardullo, 71, died Sunday, Aug. 5, 2001, at UPMC Shadyside in Pittsburgh.
He was born in Laurigno, Italy, Dec. 16, 1929, a son o the late Francesco and Concetta Valentini Ciardullo.
He retired from the former Crucible Steel-Colt Industries, where he had been employed in the sub-stations as an electrician. He waa a member of the St. Blaise Parish family and served with the U. S. Army during the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife, Gilda Natale Ciardullo, at home; two brothers, Frank Ciardullo of Dnever, Colo., and Paul Ciardullo of Wallingford, Conn., and a sister, Angie Cilli of Midland.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday morning at the church. Burial will be in Beaver Cemetery. Full military rites will be conducted by the American Legion Post 481 Honor Guard.
Friend may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the D. L. Williams Funeral Home, where a blessing service will b held at 7:30
