Former Area Woman Dies
Mrs. Anderson’s Funeral Set Friday
Mrs. Hallie E. Anderson, 44, wife of Harry M. Anderson of Ambridge, and a former resident of Yellow Creek Township, died Monday afternoon in the Sewickley Valley Hospital following a several days’ illness.
Mrs. Anderson was born in Braxton County, W. Va. daughter of Mintor Mitchell and teh late Mrs. Mitchell. She resided in Yellow Creek Township sseveral years before going to Ambridge.
She leaves her father in Suggon, W. Va.; four brothers, Cecil Mitchell of Millsone, W. Va., Clyde Mitchell of Parkersburg, W.Va., and Dayton Mitchell of Bloomingdale, W. Va., and Ordie Mitchell of Akron, and four sisters, Mrs. Anna Belle Jenkins of Glen Dale, W. Va., Mrs. Locie Cook of Akron, Mrs. Bessie Rogers of Sutton and Mrs. Frances Rogers of Milo, W. Va.
The body was taken to the MacLean Funeral Home in Wellsville for rites Friday at 1:30 p.m. burial will be in Columbiana County Memorial Park.
