BELLEW, William A. “Bill” Jr., 65, of Lafferty, Ohio died January 2, 2011.
He was born June 7, 1945 in Pearisburg, Va. and grew up in West Virginia the only child of Shirley Bellew and the late William A. Bellew Sr.
He was a graduate of Moundsville High School and Wheeling College of Commerce, a retired employee of Wheeling – Pittsburgh Steel.
Bill was a member of USWA, the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1462 of Lafferty and served in the U.S. Air Force.
In addition to his mother Bill is survived by his loving wife, Marie A Bellew; daughters, Antoinette Bellew, Michelle (Martin) Wollenzin, Yvonne (Sidney) Griffin; his grandchildren, Trinity and Austin Billetter, Josephine Startzel and Payton Wollenzin; numerous nieces and nephews; and other extended family and beloved pets, Valiant, Tiger, Dixie and Basti.
Friends are invited to attend grave side services Friday at 1 p.m. at Gate of Heaven Cemetery Lafferty with Fr. Frederick Kihm officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society or the ASPCA.
Beck-Altmeyer Funeral Home and Crematory St.Clairsville is in charge of arrangements.
