East Liverpool Tribune
Frank D. Eagon died suddenly at his home in Steubenville Thursday night (January 21, 1904). He has attended church services in the early evening and after a short walk had gone to the home of his father, George W. Eagon, where he was attacked by heart trouble. Death followed soon afterward. Deceased was an unusually bright young man of 49 years. He was graduated from the high school a number of years ago, and later completed a course in the business college. From there he went to the office of one of the big steel companies, and had already made a name as a competent and efficient accountant. He was the nephew of Mr. J. H. Dawson, of this city, who will attend the funeral Sunday afternoon.
