Early, Mary Rose 1935-2012

Mary Rose Early, 77, passed away Saturday, August 11, 2012 at her home in Las Vegas, NV.

Born February 14, 1935 in Freedom, PA, she is a daughter of the late Michael and Mary Borro. Mary Rose graduated from Freedom High School in 1953. She moved from the Freedom area to Ventura, CA in 1963 and continued to live in Ventura County for the next 46 years. She was last employed by Conejo Hardwoods & Stone in Westlake Village, CA as an office manager and bookkeeper. After 20 years of employment there, she retired in December, 2009, moving from Camarillo, CA to Las Vegas, NV.

Mary Rose was an extremely creative individual whose talents included decorating and cooking. She enjoyed playing the slot machines, as long as she was winning.

She was preceded in death by her son, David John Early, a brother, John Borro, and two sisters, Lenore Bruno and Dorothy Spagnoli.

Surviving are her husband, Donald W. Early; a daughter, Stephanie J. Early, Las Vegas, NV; a daughter and son-in-law, Susan B. and Michael Talamantez; a grandson, Thomas S. Curren, Mountain Home, ID; two sisters, Lucy Kronstain and Louise Kronstain, Freedom, PA; a brother, Michael Borro, Pittsburgh, PA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 2 p.m. in the Pierce Brothers Griffin Family Funeral Chapel, 101 E. Wilbur Rd., Thousand Oaks, CA 91360.
