Obituary – Robert George Eells

Robert George Eells, a most highly respected and lifelong resident of Lisbon, died at his home on North Market street at 12:30 Sunday night (June 19, 1911). About three months ago the deceased was stricken with paralysis, and since that time has been confined to his bed. Last Monday he suffered a heart attack and since that time his condition remained very serious until death came.
Deceased was born in Lisbon on April 18, 1832, and was a son of the late Erastus Eells, the veteran undertaker of Columbiana county. In early life he was united in marriage with Miss Frederick, who preceded him in death several years ago. Surviving him are the following children: Mrs. Lou Jeffries of Los Angeles, Cal.; Fred Eells of Topeka, Kan.; Mrs. M. T. Nace, Edward Bert and the Misses Emma and Lena, of this city. He is also survived by one brother and one half-sister, Leonard Eells and Mrs. William Johnson of this city.
Funeral arrangements have not yet been completed.
