DEATH CLAIMS WIDOW AT 90
Mrs. Helen Glover’s Funeral Set Thursday
Mrs. Helen Jane Glover, 90, widow of Harry G. Glover, died Monday at 5:30 p.m.in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Warren Urie, 512 Broadway, Wellsville, following a seven-week illness.
Mrs. Glover was born Jan. 30, 1864, in Plymouth, England, and came to America with her parents when she was 18 months old. She had lived in Wellsville for 60 years and was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Ascension for many years.
She leaves two other daughters, Mrs. Edith Howell of Chester, and Mrs. Elizabeth Jamison of Wellsburg; four sons, Richard E. Glover and Charles E. Glover of Wellsville, Harry Glover of Tacoma, Wash., and William J. Glover of East Liverpool, and 21 grandchildren. Her husband died April 5, 1935.
The body was taken to the Mac-Lean Funeral Home and will be removed tonight to the Urie home where friends may call Wednesday night. Rites will be held in the Urie home Thursday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Frederick T. Gillette. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
