Mrs. Isabel Green, the aged wife of Arthur Green, died Friday morning at 3 o’clock at her home in Fredericktown, ten miles south of Lisbon, from grip. The deceased was a pioneer resident of Columbiana County and was born about a mile and a half from Fredericktown on July 16, 1836, a daughter of the late Robert and Mary McFarland. All of her life had been spent in that vicinity. Her aged husband is very ill with the grip. There are surviving the husband and eight children, Robert M. of Wellsville; H.A. of Lisbon; Mrs. James Whitehill, Mrs. George Dailey, Chas. and Harry Green, near Fredericktown, and Bert, at home. The deceased was a member of the Christian Church and was most hightly respected by all who knew her. The funeral will take place at 10:30 o’clock fast time, Sunday morning from the home and burial will be made in Jackman Cemetery.
