Salem Daily News – July 10, 1894
George Greenamyer, a well known citizen of Garfield, whole illness was mentioned in yesterday’s News, died about 4:30 o’clock yesterday afternoon (July 9, 1894). His death occurred on his 80th birthday. The funeral will take place tomorrow morning. The friends will meet at the house at 10 o’clock and will then proceed to the church at Damascus where services will be held at 11 o’clock. Interment will be made at Damascus.
