CHESTER – David T. Jackson, 19, of 934 Neptune Ave., died Thursday in Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, following a lingering illness.

He was born Nov., 9, 1956, in East Liverpool, son of Earl G. Jackson Jr. of Chester and Mrs. Helen S. Jackson, at home.

He was a *1974 graduate of Oak Glen High School, where he was an outstanding athlete lettering in football and track.

He attended WVU one year and was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Chester.

Survivors are two brothers, Earl G. Jackson III of Parsippany, N.J. and Andy Jackson of Colin-Anderson Center in St. Marys, W.Va. one sister Mrs. Barry (Jackie) Hill of Morgantown, W.Va., maternal grandmother, Mrs. Sophie Smucz of Georgetown, Pa. and paternal grandmother, Mrs. Margaret S. Jackson of Chester.

Friends may call at the Arner Funeral Chapel, Chester, Saturday afternoon and evening. Services Sunday in Arner Chapel at 2 p.m. with D. George Espy officiating Burial in Locust Hill Cemetery.
