Illness Claims Chester Wife
Mrs. Alvin Jackson’s Funeral Set Saturday
Mrs. Mary May Jackson, wife of Alvin E. Jackson, died Tuesday at 5:10 p.m. at the hoe on Third St. Ext., Chester, following a 10-month illness.
Mrs. Jackson was born in Chester and was a lifetime resident. She was a member of the First Christian Church.
She leaves a son, Kenneth E. Jackson, and a daughter, Mrs. Pearl Harn, both of Chester; her mother, Mrs. Nora S. Taylor of Wellsville; three sisters, Mrs. Pearl Rose and Mrs. Edna Hulme of Chester, and Mrs Nettie Nolan of Wellsville; two brothers, James N. Williams of Chester, and Homer H. Williams of Glenmoor, and four grandchildren.
Rites will be held Saturday at 2 p.m in the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester by the Rev. A. F. Hanes. Burial will be in Locust Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call Thursday and Friday nights at the funeral chapel.
