WILLIS JORDON AGED 62, DEAD

WILLIS JORDON, aged 62, died at an early hour this morning in the Mercy hospital at Pittsburg, following a four week’s illness.
The deceased, who was well known in railroad circles through this section, left his duties four weeks ago. One week later he became ill and was forced to go to the Pittsburg hospital yesterday morning. His death followed less than 24 hours later.
The deceased was a lifelong resident of this city and has been employed in railroad circles for the past 46 years. For many years past he has been engaged as yard master in the freight yards at East Liverpool.
The body will be brought to this city this afternoon and taken to the late residence on Ninth street. Further funeral arrangements have not been completed.
Beside his widow deceased is survived by three sons, William of Allliance, Frank of Elyria and Paul of Wellsville, and one daughter, Mrs. Mary Kreighmaum of Alliance. His father and one brother, Charles, reside in Texas. One sister, Mrs. Finison of Atwator, O., and one brother, Godfrey of New York, also survive.
