Miss Grace Keay Dead

MISS GRACE KEAY, aged 20, popular school teacher here, died at 3 o’clock yesterday afternoon at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Keay of Broadway, following a two week’s illness of typhoid fever. The deceased had suffered from the malady for several weeks but it was not thought her condition was alarming. Her death comes as a shock to her many friends.
The deceased was well known and highly esteemed here. She is a graduate of the local high school and has been instructor in the high school during the present term. She was an active worker in the Church of the Ascension, Episcopal.
No arrangements for the funeral have been made pending the arrival of a brother of the deceased, Russell Keay, who is stationed at Camp Gordon, Atlanta, GA.
