George Thomas Kreglow, a prominent and highly-respected citizen of Hedgesville, Berkeley county, died at his home in that place last Thursday night, aged 76 years. He had been a member of the Episcopal Church from his youth, and for thirty-five years was superintendent of the Sunday school. He is survived by his wife, three sons and three daughters. Mr. Kreglow was a Confederate veteran, having served in the earlier part of the Civil War in the southern army. He was postmaster at Hedgesville for four years, and later engaged in the general merchandise business.
