Funeral services will be conducted by Rabbi Mazure of Pittsburg tomorrow afternoon at 2 o’clock over the body of LEON RICH, East Liverpool merchant, who died last evening at his home in Fourth street, following an attack of apoplexy. The services will be held in the Rich home. Interment will be made in Riverview cemetery.
Leon Rich was born in Austria 68 years ago, removing to the United states at the age of 22 years. He first resided in Saratoga, N. Y., where he was engaged in the dry goods and clothing business. Thirty years ago he removed to this city and established a dry good store on Fourth street. Later he canged the location of his establishment to Market street. He retired from active business a few years ago.
Mr. Rich was affiliated with the Odd Fellows, Knights of Pythias and other fraternal organizations. He is survived by his wife, and five children. Dr. Samuel Rich, Misses Esther and Rebecca at home, Mrs. Max Wechaler, Cleveland, and Mrs. Samuel Kean, Philadelphia, also are living.
