PATHETIC DEATH OF LITTLE GIRL
UNABLE TO SPEAK SHE GASPS OUT VISIONS OF ANGELS AND EXPIRES IN ARMS OF BROTHER
Ellen Lorena, the 6-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Robinson of 634 Lincoln avenue, died yesterday morning ( November 11, 1911) at 5:30 o’clock, of bronchial trouble, which she had contracted after recovering from diphtheria.
She lost the use of her speech last Friday, from which time she did not speak until the time of her demise, at which time, while in the arms of her brother, Charles, she whispered, “They’re papering the whole house with angels, Chick.” The little one had just started to school this term, at the Grant street school. Deceased is survived by her parents and seven brothers and sisters.
The funeral services will be held from the home at 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon, Rev. E. P. Wise, officiating.
The remains may be viewed from 7 to 10 p.m. this evening and all day Tuesday.
