VOLNEY ROGERS, former resident of Columbiana county, died at Conon City, Col., following a lingering illness.
Mr. Rogers was born and reared in Columbiana county, removing to Youngstown in 1879, where he opened a law office. He gained prominence through the funding and preservation of Mill Creek park in the hear of Youngstown.
