Bessie L. Shotsinger, 72, of 718 Darlington Road, Patterson Township, died Wednesday morning, April 18, 1984, in the Medical Center of Beaver County, where she had been a patient one day.

Born August 1, 1911, in South Heights, daughter of the late John G. and Lillian Springer Tatsch, she was a life resident of the upper valley.

Surviving are her husband, Walter P.; two daughters, Mrs. William H. (Kitty) McGraw, and Mrs. Ronald (June) Beighley, both of Patterson Township; three grandchildren William H. McGraw, Timothy F. McGraw and Tammy A. McGraw; three great grandchildren, Cheryl McGraw, Timmy McGraw, and Erin McGraw; and one sister, Mrs. William (Hazel) Rosepink, Rochester.

She was preceded in death by five brothers, Oscar, Lavern, Robert, James and Jack Tatsch; and a sister, Ella Robinson.

Friends will be received today from 12 noon to 9 p.m. in CAMPBELL’S BEAVER FALLS, 14th Street and Eighth Avenue, where a service will be conducted Saturday at 10 a.m. by the Rev. Leonard K. Lewis, of the First Baptist Church, New Brighton, assisted by Chaplain Frank Churchill, of the Medical Center of Beaver County, Brighton Township.

Interment will be Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Daughtery Township.
