Thomas Swaney, aged about 70, died early yesterday morning (March 10, 1911) at the home of his brother, one mile east of Clarkson. Two years ago he suffered a severe stroke of paralysis and since that time has been in poor health. He was single and had resided with his brother for many years. Mr. Swaney was well known in this city and was an uncle of Barney Vail, formerly a druggist here. The funeral services will be held from the home of his brother Monday morning at 10 o’clock.
