WELLSVILLE-Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday form the Roberts Funeral Home here for Mrs. Erma O. Swearingen, 83, 42850 10th Street Extension, who died at 3 p.m. Saturday (April 12, 1980) at East Liverpool City Hospital following a brief illness.

She was born on March 29, 1897, in Highlandtown, the daughter of the late O. J. and Mary Rose Dennis.

Mrs. Swearingen was a member of the Oak Ridge United Presbyterian Church in Wellsville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd R. Swearingen, who died June 7, 1973.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Albert (Vera) Beech of Maitland, Florida; a son, Lloyd (Buck) Swearingen of Wellsville; five sisters, Mrs. Ada Potts, of Alliance, Mrs. Beulah Goddard of Salineville, Mrs Helen Leatherberry of Wellsville, Miss Mildred Dennis of Wellsville, and Mrs. Elsie Williams, also of Wellsville; two brothers, Wilbur Dennis of Wellsville and Harold Dennis of Highlandtown.

Burial will be held in Highlandtown Cemetery with the Rev. James McCollam of the Riverside United Presbyterian Church officiating.

Calling hours will be held Monday afternoon and evening at the funeral home.
