Miss Rachel Trainor, an aged resident of Shepherdstown, died at her home in this place last Thursday, after a long illness from complication of diseases. She was 77 years old. The funeral was held at her late home on Saturday, the services being conducted by Rev. Absalom Knox, of the M. E. Church south, and the body was interred in Elmwood Cemetery. The deceased is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Leggett, of Shepherdstown, and Mrs. Wright, of Cumberland, and Mrs. Needy, west of town.
