William H. Van Fossan, aged 49 years, died at his late home on St. George street, East End, at 9:20 o’clock last evening (September 6, 1911), following an illness of a complication of diseases, extending over the past six months.

Deceased has been practically a lifelong resident of this vicinity and was held in the highest of esteem by the large circle of friends and acquaintances by whom he was surrounded. Up until the time of taking sick he was employed as a kilnman, and was affiliated with the kilnmens local for the past 27 years.

Besides his widow deceased is survived by five children, as follows: William, Jr., of Klondike, East End; Mrs. Laura Fish of New Brighton, Mrs. Eva Johnson of Wellsville, and Misses Cora and Isadore Van Fossan, at home.

Funeral services have not as yet been completed.
