Obituary – Julius Kenneth Weidner

Julius Kenneth Weidner, aged six, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Weidner, died at the home of his parents, Ainsley road, at 10 o’clock Tuesday night (February 6, 1912). The child was ill only 36 hours, suffering an attack of membraneous croup.
Kenneth was a member of the first grade at Washington school and also a member of the primary department of the Sheridan Avenue M. E. Sunday School. He was of a bright, sunny disposition and was loved by all who knew him. His death came as a shock to his many friends, as he was in school Monday.
Mrs. Weidner was formerly Miss Sadie Coleman, a sister of Miss Martha Coleman, a teacher of third grade, Washington school, who recently suffered from a serious fall on a sidewalk. Funeral services will b e held from the late home Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. Rev. C. J. Thompson, pastor of the Sheridan Avenue M. E. Church officiating. Interment at Spring Grove Cemetery.
