DEATH ANGEL SUMMONS MRS. RICHARD WORSTEL
Mrs. Sidney Worstel, wife of Richard Worstel of White street, and one of the city’s most estimable Christian women, died at five o’clock Tuesday morning (September 12, 1911) at the home from consumption, aged 63 years. Although in poor health for several years, Mrs. Worstel had only been confined to her bed since August 14.
Mrs. Worstel was born near Frankfort Springs, Pa., December, 1848, and had resided in Wellsville since 1885. She was a member of the First M. E. church and enjoyed the friendship and esteem of a wide circle of friends. Besides her husband she is survived by one sister, Mrs. M. Cummins, of Sebring, O., and the following brothers: J. B., George and Daniel Swearingen, all of Wellsville, and Cyrus Swearingen of Chester, W.Va.
Funeral services will be held at one o’clock tomorrow afternoon from the home, Rev. Thomas Wood, pastor of the First M. E. church, officiating. Interment will be made in Spring Hill cemetery.
